Ashwini Wagh completed his Ph.D. in Food Science, Utah State University, Logan, Utah in 2013. He completed his M.S. Biochemistry, in Utah State University, Logan, Utah in 2008. M.Sc. Biochemistry, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India in 2004. B.Sc. Microbiology, in Govt. Model Autonomous Holkar Science College, Indore, India in 2002.
