The Journal of Experimental Food Chemistry has a centralized online submission, review and editorial tracking system in order to facilitate faster and efficient publication of manuscripts. This system enables concomitant tracking of the manuscript processing progress by the author(s), editor, reviewers and the Publisher for coordinated and integrated editorial and production processing.
The authors can register, submit manuscript, track its progress and receive specific emails whenever a significant step is made through the editorial processing. Reviewers can access, read and download full length manuscript and submit their opinions. Editors can oversee and operate the entire cycle of screening, revisions, editing of the submissions. Publishers can monitor the submissions and channelize production operations such as copy editing, style sheet implementation and author proof generation.
