Biography

Dr. Ajay Singh is the Ph.D. holder in Food Engineering and Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology Punjab, and have many paper publications in various journals, Dr. Ajay Singh completed his M.Sc. from Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Haryana. He is having an experience as Quality Executive in carbonated beverage formulation and as a chemist in Dairy. Presently he is working as assistant professor in the department of Food Science and Technology, and having a technical knowledge on handling various instruments
