The main challenges in the actual world are competition and customer satisfaction. The only way to differentiate from competitors and have the customer satisfied is innovating. For innovating, marketers need to be very close to the market, field, shoppers and consumers to observe the new trends and behaviors. Approximately 85% of the decisions are taken at the point of sale.
