Abstract :

It started as a single event in September 2013: the â??IT Innovation Dayâ??, but it rapidly expanded and became a complete â??Innovation Weekâ?? in 2015 with several events in coordination with the City Amersfoort in the Netherlands. The target audiences for these events are IT Decision Makers, Young IT Talents and Line of Business C-level employees with a responsibility for IT budget. During this presentation, you will be brought up to speed about several innovative and effective event marketing elements which were used to draw the right audiences and to make these events a success. The objective of this presentation is to showcase several tips and tricks to inspire you and to get you started on successful concepts right away. This presentation includes information regarding partnerships, social impact, branding and much more.

Biography :

Gabriella Meijnckens has broad media experience of over 25 years within the marketing and event management field. She is responsible for several brands, online marketing, events and projects. She is the Manager of Marketing & Events at IDG (the largest IT Media Company within the Netherlands) and manages a team of online product managers, event managers and event content-editors.
