Provost of University of Porto. Professor of the Accounting at the Faculty of Economics of University of Porto. Member of the Scientific Board of the Masters in Accounting and the Masters in Finance and Tax.Consultant of various institutions and companies. Member of INTACCT, a European project on the application of the IAS/IFRS in Member States of the European Union. Author of several publications in national and international journals of a professional and academic nature and a regular speaker at conferences on the theme of the adoption of the IAS/IFRS.
