Magnetohydrodynamics Research Articles

Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD; additionally magneto-fluid dynamics or hydromagnetics) is that the study of the magnetic properties and behavior of electrically conducting fluids. samples of such magnetofluids embrace plasmas, liquid metals, salt water, and electrolytes. The word  "magnetohydrodynamics" comes from magneto- which means field of force, hydro- which means water, and dynamics which means movement. the sphere of MHD was initiated by Hannes Alfvén,[1] that he received the Nobel prize in Physics in 1970.The fundamental thought behind MHD is that magnetic fields will induce currents in an exceedingly moving semiconductive fluid, that successively polarizes the fluid and reciprocally changes the field of force itself. The set of equations that describe MHD square measure a mixture of the Navier–Stokes equations of fluid dynamics and Maxwell’s equations of electromagnetism. These differential equations should be solved at the same time, either analytically or numerically.
