Recurrence of hepatocarcinoma (HCC) when liver transplantation could be a major reason for morbidity and mortality. To date, there's no wide accepted pathologic assessment tool to predict HCC repetition. In 2007, we tend to develop a pathologic risk score that stratified patients into low, intermediate, or high risk for repetition supported explaining pathology. The aim of this study was to outwardly validate this risk score. We retrospectively evaluated 124 patients over a 10-year amount UN agency underwent liver transplantation for HCC.
