Open Access Trade Mark Related Journals

A trademark is a part of intellectual property consisting of a recognizable sign, design, or expression which identifies products or services of a selected source from those of others, it protected legally and it's a rightful owner to keep up its logo or its contents although trademarks wont to identify services are usually called service marks. The first trademark law in India was passed within the year 1940 and was called the Trade Marks Act, 1940. This law was subsequently switched by the Trade and Merchandise Act, 1958. Thereafter the govt of India amended this Act so as to bring the Indian trademark law in compliance with its TRIPS obligations. The new Act that was approved was the Trade Marks Act, 1999. This Act came into force within the year 2003. The Trade Marks Act, 1999 and also the Trade Marks Rules, 2002, presently govern the trademark law in India. The journals provide forum and motivates scientists, researchers, academics, engineers, and practitioner’s altogether aspects to share their professional and academic knowledge within the fields computing, engineering, humanities, economics, social sciences, management, bioscience, and related disciplines.
