Gynaecology Impact Factor

Devoted exclusively to gynaecology and around 366,282 articles are published on current trends in gynaecology. In terms of annual research; The United States, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the main countries where a maximum of studies related to gynaecology are in progress. As indicated in the article "Pregnant women with disseminated tuberculosis fulminate to the momentum and the placenta" by Baraa K Nabulsi, et al. This is the case of a young Somali woman aged 24 at her 27th week of gestation who received ampicillin, methanol, INH, pyridoxine and pyrazinamide as a treatment for systemic tuberculosis. She did not respond to treatment. She died from a brainstem infarction (brain death). According to the MRI results, multiple cerebral tuberculosis suggesting cerebral tuberculosis has been observed. Brain biopsy was not performed and treatment was initiated at the 27th week of gestation. The patient was arrested and transferred to intensive care with GCS of 3-4 / 15. A caesarean section was performed at the 29th week of gestation and the infant was not infected. There were testified tuberculosis seedlings scattered across the patient's momentum and placenta. Early aggressive treatment for the spread of the disease, especially when associated with pregnancy, and the importance of early diagnosis and therapy will lead to regression of the lesions.
