Copyright protection applies automatically to any original work as soon because it is written down or put into permanent or fixed form; for instance, pictures, photos, figures, text, graphs, videos. There does not need to be a © symbol next to the work for it to be protected by copyright.

Under copyright law, a piece is taken into account original if the author created it from independent thinking barren of duplication. This type of work is known as an Original Work of Authorship (OWA). Anyone with an ingenious work of authorship automatically has the copyright thereto work, preventing anyone else from using or replicating it. The copyright can be registered voluntarily by the original owner if they would like to get an upper hand in the legal system in the event that the need arises.

Copyright is a form of protection offered to authors and creators of original works, which include such things as musical, artistic, dramatic, and literary and other intellectual creations, whether published or unpublished.  For instance, when an author comes up with a theme of love where a girl is in love with a boy, but the parents disapprove the relationship, and after several years of sufferings, the love triumphs, such a topic can't be monopolized and guarded. However, the first work to the theme, like a movie, book or maybe music can't be monopolized. Copyright is crucial for businesses since it gives the creator of the work only exclusive rights to breed their works, prepare derivative works, distribute and sell any copies of the work, display and perform copyrighted work publicly. These rights are often assigned as a bundle or separately. This also allows owners generate revenue should the other person prefer to reproduce the work.
