Biography

Mahesha MG is currently working as a Assistant Professor in MIT, Manipal.He has computer skills in Windows /MS Office /Linux.His ongoinmg research project Electron beam irradiation effect on electrical switching properties of glass chalcogenides – BRNS, DAE Govt. of India -10.64 lacs, Development of modern computer code with up-to-date databases to estimate the inventory and radioactivity of actinides and fission products during various stages of nuclear fuel cycle - BRNS, DAE Govt. of India - 25.0 lacs [Co-PI].He has guided many graduates and post graduates students. He has many publications in various esteemed Journals.Attended various conferences and presentations.

Research Interest

Mahesha MG having reserach interest in the field of Growth and characterization of nano-crystalline thin films for device applications like solar cells, photo-sensors, TFTs and memory devices.
