Abstract :

The rules of cosmetic surgery of the face has been changed, in the last few years, with the development of new technics and also with the involvement of other especially which practice the surgery of the face, especially the dermatology, and esthetic surgeon, as well as the plastic surgeon. So it’s the time to establish new rules of surgery of the face, which can be acceptable and satisfied for all these specialties, as well as the patients and their high expectancy from these surgery which is exposed to many promises on the internet pages and all kind of social media. In order to protect the patient with their high expectancy and also to protect the young surgeon from their theoretical knowledge, and relatively lack of experience, explaining to them that in spit of all the new technics which gives the young surgeon a very bright image and false impression and delusion, that we can mange with success, any kind of scar, and that we can make any incision any here on the face without any fear because we are almost sure, that with all the available modern armada of methods of assisting and improving the healing process, that we can satisfy the patients by making the squally of this incision is satisfied for the patient and for their high expectancy of good results. Even sometimes if we respect the facial unit boundaries lines or lines of Langer, which make us forgetting the rules of healing and the racial element of our patients, and usually the age of these candidate, which they are young of age, and forgetting that theses lines of Langer which are more visible in elderly patients, All these rules will be useful for reconstructive surgery and surgery of tumors lesion either begin or malignant, and trauma surgery in young patients. So we can easily say now as a rule we must avoid making any incision on the face more than 2, 3 mm. large, in any case except the condition which we mentioned above, and even no need to make scare revision on the face for old scar, because we will reproduce the same condition as before, all what we gain is lose of time and money for the patient but also we will lose the respect and credibility of our specialty
