It is defined as a clinical condition which is characterized by an enlargement of the blood vessels due to excessive relaxation of the muscle wall of the vessels. The medication that causes blood vessels to dilate is known as a vasodilator. Generally, vasodilators are used to lower blood pressure. It openly affects the link between mean blood pressure, cardiac output, and total peripheral resistance. A journal is a periodical publication intended to advance science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the older journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters and scientific articles in a wide range of scientific fields. The journals contain peer-reviewed articles, to ensure that the articles meet the quality and scientific validity standards of the journal. Each of these review articles is part of the permanent scientific dossier.
