Bioactive compounds are the natural molecules synthesized by plants, animals, marine organisms etc. These compounds are often employed by citizenry for sort of applications. Bioactive fertilizer compounds which are derived from plant sources are called as plant bioactive. The simplest example is mushrooms which is very nutritious for health. Bioactive compounds play an important role in living beings; they will be used as anticancer drugs. The protein fragments synthesized by plant or animal is named bioactive peptide, these fragments help in functioning and synthesis of living tissue etc. Most of the fermented products also are referred as bioactive compounds or peptides which are getting used as dairy products. A number of the factors which affect the biological activity of bioactive compounds include chemical properties, physicochemical properties, resonance and inductive effects, transfer of electrons, sorts of bonding in each molecule aside from its arrangement.
