Physical Activity Studies

Physical activity is an important part of daily life. It greatly affects the lifestyle and health of an individual. Regular physical exercise helps a person to be free from health problems such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. It is the best way to stay healthy and fit throughout your life.

Physical education or PE, also known in many Commonwealth countries as physical training or PT, is an educational course related to the physique of the human body. It is taken during primary and secondary education and encourages psychomotor learning in the context of exploring play or movement to promote health. Physical education also offers psychological benefits such as improved general mental health, focus, awareness and positive mood. Another trend is the integration of health and nutrition into the physical education program. The physical education framework would include video projectors, GPS and even game systems such as Kinect, Wii Fit and Dance Dance Revolution.
