Molecular Pharmacology is derived from the application of advanced and original structural biology, biochemistry, biophysics, physiology, genetics, and molecular biology to basic pharmacological issues that provide mechanistic insights of the drugs at the subatomic level and their interaction with macro molecules and effects on, biological macro molecules and cellular structures and processes. Which are broadly important in the fields of pharmacology and toxicology. Molecular pharmacology includes Molecular Signalling or Mechanism of Drug Action, Chemical Biology or Drug Discovery, Structure of Drug-Receptor Complex, Systems Analysis of Drug Action, Drug Transport / Metabolism. The current state of understanding on a topic which is summarized is called review article. Review articles look over and summarize previously published studies than reporting new facts or analysis. Review articles are sometimes also called survey articles
