A mobile robot is an automatic machine which is capable of locomotion that is controlled by software used through sensors and other technology to identify its surroundings and move around its environment. Mobile robots are functioned using a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and physical robotic elements, such as wheels, tracks and legs. These Mobile robots have the capability to move around in their environment and are not fixed to one physical location. Controller, sensors, actuators and power system are the main components of mobile robot. A controller is a microprocessor, embedded microcontroller or a personal computer. The sensors usage depends on the requirements of the robot. Actuators are usually thre motors that moves the robot. To power a mobile robot usually, DC power supply is used instead of AC
