Health tourism is a niche tourism developed by the competing tourism promoting countries in order to attract people travelling with the prime purpose of getting healthcare. It is a travel in which one organizes things oneself, rather than using a company who will arrange flights, hotels etc. An independent agency is generally a single agency. They have often a small range of agencies and commonly specialize in certain things for example cruises. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, basically by reporting new research. Journals have articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles interact the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the invariable scientific record.  They have often a small range of agencies and commonly specialize in certain things for example cruises. Journal of Tourism and Hospitality is an international peer reviewed journal which focuses on current trends presenting new clarification of social, economic and environmental impacts of tourism and hospitality.
