Drug Toxicology Research

Drug toxicity is also well known as drug intoxication. It causes abnormal death. Drug toxicity normally occurs by the incorporation of different drugs. It leads to breathing suppression, lowers oxygen levels and eventually fatal. Drugs become toxins when they integrate with other drugs and thus causes chemical changes and causes side effects. clinical drug toxicity which illustrate how the topic has advanced over the past 20 years are described. These illustrate how a mixture of clinical and laboratory medicine are often wont to help our understanding of the idea of adverse drug reactions. With a fair degree of certainty one can also predict that advances in bioinformatics, genomics and combinatorial chemistry will progressively contribute to clinical toxicology in the future. Drug Toxicity is defined as Any Noxious and unintended response to the medicinal product if a drug is correctly prescribed and administered. Drug Toxicity is additionally called adverse drug reaction (ADR). Drug Toxicity is especially four types- Cytotoxicity, Carcinogenicity, Mutagenicity, and Teratogenicity. Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Central systema nervosum dysfunction, Anemia are the common side effect of drug toxicity. Most common treatment for drug toxicity is giving activated carbon, which binds the drug therefore the body can’t absorb the drug.
