The study of cells is termed cell biology, cellular biology, or cytology. The human body is consists of trillions of cells. They provide structure for the body and take in nutrients from food by converting those nutrients into energy and carry out specialized functions. It also contain the body’s hereditary material and can make copies of themselves. Although cells are much larger than atoms, and they are still very small. The smallest familiar cells are a group of tiny bacteria called mycoplasmas
