Alain Marcel RAHETILAHY, Medical Doctor, worked in the administration for thirty years. Field actor, he got the Master degree in Public and Community Health in 2008 from the National Institute of Public and Community Health - Befelatanana / Antananarivo. Currently, he is the head of the Epidemic and Neglected Tropicals Diseases Control Department, in the Health General Directorate at the Ministry of Public Health of Madagascar.
