    The Effects of Radiation Therapy on Patients with Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma

    Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a type of cancer that originates from the B-lymphocytes, which are a type of white blood cells responsible for producing antibodies that fight infections in the body. DLBCL is the most common type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, accounting for approximately 30% of all cases. It is an aggressive cancer that can develop anywhere in the body, including lymph nodes, bone marrow and other organs. Symptoms of DLBCL can vary depending on the location and extent of the cancer. Common symptoms include enlarged lymph nodes, fever, night sweats, weight loss, fatigue and unexplained pain or swelling.
