He is awarded PhD in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from University of Sheffield, Sheffield, UK in the 1997. He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Plant Physiology from University of Mumbai, Mumbai, India in 1992, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) Botany from University of Mumbai, Mumbai, India in 1990. He has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor for Department of Nutritional Sciences, Texas Tech University. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
