In 2009, he earned his joint “Master of Health Professions Education” from Maastricht University (The Netherlands)and Suez Canal University (Egypt)
He was the director of the Medical Education Development Unit – Ain Shams Medical School (2008-2013),
Recognized for his educational activities, Prof. Sabbour is a member of the Medical Sector Planning Committee – Supreme Council of Universities since 2008. He is a board member of the General Surgery scientific committee and the Vascular Surgery scientific committee of the Egyptian fellowship and the Medical Education Committee of the Armed Forces Medical School.
