The bacterial strains S. aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa were obtained from microbiology laboratory of University of Guilan and were inoculated in liquid culture medium [nutrient broth (Source: Merck Company)] and incubated at 37ËšC overnight under aerobic conditions in an incubator.
