Mee Kum Kim is currently the associate professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Seoul National University College of Medicine.
Professor Mee Kum Kim graduated from Seoul National University and has done her training at Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH), where she later was a clinical instructor at SNUH. From 2001 to 2002, she was an exclusive doctor at SMG-SNU Boramae Medical Center. She then returned to SNUH where she was a part-time clinical professor and later the clinical assistant professor in the Department of Ophthalmology. She went to Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute for a short-term research and later went to the Scripps Research Institute for a long-term research. She is currently the associate professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Seoul National University College of Medicine.
