Biography

Jianping Qiu, Amy served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of RINO International Corporation from September 2008 to July 2009. Ms. Qui served as Director of Finance Department of the Water & Electricity No. 5 Engineering Bureau from 1988 to 1994. Ms. Jianping has been Chairman and Director of RINO International Corporation since 2003. She has been Chairman and Director of Dalian Innomind and RINO of RINO International Corporation since July 2007 and 2003 respectively. She serves as Chairman of the Association of Industry and Commerce in Dalian. From 1996 to 2003, she served as the Chairman Dalian Yingkun Energy and Environmental Engineering Ltd. She has won the prestigious `Entrepreneur of the Year' award in the Jinzhou District of Dalian and is the holder of three patents. From 1994 to 1996, Ms. Jianping was engaged in studies at the Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
