Garcia-Figueroa J finished a master degree in engineering degree in the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez under the supervision of Jose A. Colucci, P.E., Ph.D., and Lorenzo Saliceti P.E., Ph.D. in December 2012 and he started his PhD studies in the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Rochester New York in summer 2013 same term in which he received an opportunity to participate in a temporary graduate project under supervision of Hitomi Mukaibo, Ph.D.
Actually he is a third year doctoral student in the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Rochester under supervision of David R. Harding, Ph.D. as well as he is a part of the Laboratory for Laser and Energetics of the University of Rochester - A Unique National Resource since January 2014.
