Ahmad Gharaei

Biography

Dr Ahmad Gharaei has received his PhD in Tarbiat Modares University (TMU) during the period of 2005-2009 Currently; he is working as academic member in Zabol University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Head of Department of Fisheries and President of Hamoun International Wetland Research Institute. His research has included Ecotoxicology, Gene-ecotoxicology and Reproduction physiology. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as: 9 month working as assistant research in INRA (France), 2000 $ award received from 9th international conference of mercury. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like African Journal of Biotechnology (AJB), African Journal of Biochemistry Research (AJBR), Journal of Aquaculture & Research Development (JARD), Journal of Neuroscience and Behavioral Health (JNBH), Geography and Regional Planning Journal (GRPJ), International Journal of Fisheries and Aquaculture (IJFA), African Journal of Food Science (AJFS) & expert Reviewers for journals like Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety (EES) and Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health Science (JTEHS). He has authored 42 research articles and 2 books. He is a member of Iranian association of genetic and Iranian biotechnology association.
