These strategies target various modifiable risk factors such as poor diet, lack of physical activity, smoking, and stress, which contribute significantly to the development of heart disease. Early intervention and lifestyle modifications can reduce the risk of cardiovascular events, leading to better patient outcomes and reduced healthcare costs. Effective prevention requires a multidisciplinary approach, including patient education, routine screening, and personalized interventions based on individual risk profiles.
