Effect Of Media In Body Maintenance

The media play a major role in the life, environment and communication of an individual with others. Regardless of whether it is by means of TV, radio, press articles or the Internet, one is immersed with data day by day, and this data can either add to the physical and scholarly development of this individual, or end up being unsafe. This information overload probably has the greatest impact on young minds who are surrounded by various technological tools that give quick access to information. One of the significant impacts that the media applies on youngsters would be on their self-perception, the abstract idea of physical appearance dependent on self-perception and responses of others.
