Combination of ZnO based material is turning out to be more significance as eco‐friendly option in contrast to conventional creation process as a result of its incredible mechanical application. Here in this paper we report relative investigation of ZnO smaller scale and ZnO nano films arranged by minimal effort sol‐gel syringe splash strategy and afterward followed by sintering in the stifle heater at 4500C.The X‐ray diffraction (XRD) design affirms hexagonal structure with most extreme diffraction power from (101) plane. Checking electron magnifying lens (SEM) pictures affirms calculable variety of grain size of smaller scale and nano covered films.EDAX range affirms nearness of Zn and O components. An expansion in optical band holes from 3.21 eV for ZnO thick film to 3.40 eV for ZnO nano film was seen by UV–Vis spectroscopy. Fourier change infrared (FTIR) spectra shows a wide assimilation band at 1400 cm−1 relating to the extending vibration of zinc and oxygen ZnO bond.The photoluminescence(PL) spectra displays solid bright discharge at room temperature, demonstrating helpful material for short‐wave light‐emitting photonic gadgets. The DC conductivity estimation from two test technique shows semiconductor qualities.
