(1965-69) in Mechanical Analysis & Design from University of Illinois at Chicago; M.S. in Environmental Health Engineering (1969-71) and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, PR; Chemical Engineering (1971-75) from Northwestern University and Postdoctorate in Neurophysiology (1975-78) from Stanford University. He has authored about many Publications that include 1 book chapter 50 peer reviewed articles, 1 book, 5 book chapters, 1 book review, 4 patents, conference proceedings, 10 presentations, more than 100 selected abstracts & proceedings, many editorial positions.
