Dr. Srinivas Janaswamy’s research group at Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research, Department of Food Science, Purdue University, USA focuses on elucidating structure function relationships in starch and non-starch polysaccharides with more emphasis on the design and development of thermally stable and cost-effective delivery vehicles based on hydrocolloids and starches.
