Biography

Dr. Qing Li is currently working as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He was a visiting researcher from Dec. 2016 to Jul. 2018 at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. His technical interests lie in mechanical fault diagnosis and prognosis, dynamic signal/image processing, machine learning, etc. He has authored in excess of 40 archival journal papers and professional conference articles in these areas, 5 invention patents were authorized/pending. He is the associate editor for Insights in Mining Science & Technology (IMST) and Advances in Robotics & Mechanical Engineering (ARME), and also editorial board member for some international journals such as IJMEA and JERR, etc., and also an invited peer-reviewer for many prestigious international journals such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, MSSP, IEEE Access, Measurement and so on, and the TPC member for several international conferences such as IWMSE 2018, etc. Additionally, he is the member of IEEE, the member of ASME and the member of Vibration Engineering Society of China (VESC), et
