Dr. Nhung T. Nguyen is currently being employed as Associate Professor at Towson University. She pursued her research from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to joining Towson University, she also served as an Assistant Professor at Lamar University for four years. Dr. Nhungs determination towards her work is highlighted in her numerous quality publications and Conference proceedings. Dr. Nhung is currently affiliated as Member for Academy of Management, Division of Human Resources. She was also honoured with several awards and fellowships e.g. Outstanding reviewer award, Sasakawa Foundation Fellowship award to name a few. Her research interest includes Personality testing, situational judgement testing, compensation management, talent management.
