L. Q Luo (born in 1973 ) is currently working as an associate professor of chemistry at Department of Chemistry, Shanghai University, China. He received his PhD degree from State Key Laboratory of Electroanalytical Chemistry, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. After that, he worked as a postdoctor in Kumamoto University, University of Tsukuba, and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan during 2001-2006. He is a member of Chinese Chemical Society. He has published over 50 refereed journal papers and book chapters.
