						 Healthy  aging is a multifaceted concept encompassing physical, mental and social  well-being in older adults. This paper examines the importance of promoting  wellness in aging populations and explores strategies for enhancing health and  quality of life as individual’s age. Through a review of existing literature,  the paper identifies key factors influencing healthy aging, including lifestyle  choices, social connections and access to healthcare.
