  Predictors for the Death of Preterm Neonates Admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Felege Hiwot Teaching and Specialized Hospital, North West Ethiopia

  Objective: Preterm birth refers to the birth of a baby that occurs before 37 completed weeks of gestation. The main objective of current study was to identify predictors for the death of preterm neonates admitted to neonatal intensive care unit at Felege Hiwot Teaching and Specialized Hospital, North-West Ethiopia. Methods: Institutional retrospective secondary data was conducted on 300 neonates admitted in the neonatal intensive care unit. Specific death rate and binary logistic regression models were used for data analysis.
