Dr. Dilling's primary clinical focus is the radiotherapeutic treatment of thoracic malignancies. He is interested in the application of new technologies to the treatment of lung cancer, with the ongoing goal to improve treatment efficacy while minimizing untoward side effects. In particular, Dr. Dilling is interested in the use of stereotactic radiotherapy for the treatment of early-stage lung cancers, and is also interested in tumoral genetic mutations which might confer greater (or reduced) radiation sensitivity
