Biography

Soliman Abdalla has obtained D. Sc from Faculty of Science – Montpellier University (France). Ph.D from Faculty of Science – Montpellier University. Published and participated in publishing several scientific articles in specialized American and European journals. Established a biophysics and a mechanics laboratories at the physics department – faculty of science at Medina King Abdul-Aziz university.

Research Interest

Soliman Mahmoud Soliman Abdalla area of interest is in the field of Biosensors and Biophysics, Electrical, optical , thermal properties of semiconductors,Thermo-elements (Thermoelectric power conversion),Solar Energy conversion, Fabrication of bio sensors.
