Biography

She received my undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University before completing internship, residency and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She is a physician-scientist with an interest in mechanisms of lung injury and repair. she had developed genetic and gene-editing approaches in the lung to study critical molecular pathways involved in how lungs respond to and protect themselves against injury. Her clinical time is spent taking care of people with general lung diseases and respiratory failure.
