Hao Zhang

Biography

 Dr. Junhao Zhang obtained his phD in Inorganic Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), China, in 2008. Then, he worked in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and his research interesting focuses on the synthesis and properties of the hybrid materials based on carbon. In May 2010, he obtained his first postdoctoral position in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Shandong University. After two years, he joined in Research Laboratory of Hydrothermal Chemistry in Kochi University, Japan. His spent more than one year to study large scale production of nanomaterials with controllable size and pores by seeded-solution hydrogen reduction route to meet the need for industrialization. Dr Junhao Zhang has published 20 papers in SCI Journals as the first author or corresponding author (H index= 13), and authorized 1 patent.

In October 2014, he joined in the Group of High Performance Polymer Nanocomposites in IMDEA Materials Institute as research associate to develop novel high-performance fire retardant polymer.
