Developing solution based calorimetric and electron microscopic methods to elucidate reaction mechanisms in nanoscale transition metal based systems. Gained experience in techniques and instrumentation for quality assurance, and development of milk and milk products. Developed a new product “Fruit Ice cream” without any chemical additives especially colors and flavors. Developed a “Gym Diabetic Rice Flour” as a functional food for diabetic patients via extracting Gymnemic acid from leaves.
