Abstract :

Decision making has become most important & crucial issue in rapidly changing global enterprise business environment. In present situation there are lot of pressures imposed on organizations towards making the timely and accurate decisions to compete the market against competitors. Timely and accurate decision making is not only a competitive advantage but it has become a requirement for survival. Business Intelligence is a process which helps in extracting the crucial information from a huge amount of unstructured data and performs the transformation and stores it in a Data Warehouse, in-turn it leads to deliver information which enable companies to take important strategic decisions for improvement of business productivity and operational efficiency. While analyzing data for decision making, Raw Data undergoes various stages where there are many Business Intelligence Tools involved to generate set of reports for taking enhanced decisions in organizations.

Biography :

Ravindra Jeevan Kumar Naripati has done his Masters of Science in Informatics from Heidelberg University of Applied Sciences, Heidelberg, Germany. He is certified by Microsoft in Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases (Year 2013). He has an extensive experience in Information Technology Industry on Database Administration, Data Mining, DW / BI working for over 10 years. He is working as Senior Data Analyst in Stone Edge Info Technologies Private Limited since 5 years and is involved in many client project orientations, headed several teams to deliver the applications successfully. He wrote several papers on databases, database administration, data warehouse architecture, and business intelligence.
