Abstract :

T rying to find the way to halt the fast spreading of HIV/AIDS in the developing county. Method: Delivering the information and material of HIV/AIDS by lecturing and posting to let the public know the symptoms of HIV/AIDS and the important way to prevent it by self alerting to ensure not doing the unprotected sex with the under-grounded sex worker. Then surveillance to investigate and collect the data on new reported cases about their latency, occupation, marriage status and so on. Comparing the total cases of HIV/AIDS and its latency, occupation, transmission way to illustrate the out come before and after the self alerting prevention intervention. Results: 134 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in 2012 and 185 in 2011, with the decreasing rate of 27.6%. Among 51 cases reduced, 72% were farmers, 100% of the cases were married, 100% were in age of 35~59 years, 61% were those doing sex with the commercial sex workers, 29% were those having sex with the commercial sex workers from less than one year. The evidence focused on the symptoms to let the public know that HIV/AIDS is a deadly disease and to promote self alerting prevention as a very effective way to halt the fast spreading of HIV/AIDS in the developing county. Conclusion: In the developing country, the main way for transmission of HIV/AIDS is sex. The self alerting model to deliver the information and material of HIV/AIDS by lecturing and posting to let the public know about the symptoms of HIV/AIDS so that promoting public self alerting to not have commercial sex or have but using condom is an effective way to stop the fast spreading of HIV/AIDS.

Biography :

Jiatong Zhuo is a Professor and Deputy Director of Guangxi Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention. He has spent most of his scientific carrier in the children vaccine preventable disease. Under his effort, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region reached the goal of polio free in 2000. He created this new strategy to select high risk county with historic surveillance data and carrying mass campaign in the sub-tropic area to get the measles incidence 0.5/million in 2010 after he finished his public health policy/management study in Emory in 1998 and made the measles elimination in the forefront of China. Dr. Zhuo also was a founder of communicable disease and public health even emergency information delivery and administrative management networks system in Guangxi in 2001 and made the SARS very much timely controlled in the spring of 2003. He is the Chinese State Council Special Stiphend awarded scientist and the member of technical advise committee on Immunization of Health Ministry of China
