Abstract :

The spaces of reflection and criticism of the different subjects that can be explored in nursing allow to develop an environment to share experiences and interpretations that the university teacher faces in his academic and professional practice. This influences the quality of education - among many other aspects - and is determined by the continuous and responsible updating of the teacher. The teaching activity transcends time and its influence remains in the student body. The university teaching self-management independently and participates in its updating process to acquire educational tools that promote a suitable academic and professional performance, a fundamental aspect to achieve quality in nursing education and its transformation. The academic spaces favor the construction of knowledge and knowledge linked to the reflexive, critical and interpretative exercise of thought forms and stimulate the intellectual ability that they replicate in the student body. For this reason, it is considered of great relevance, starting from the dialectical hermeneutics to understand, interpret and systematize the teaching experience in this construction of meanings of the nursing of different subjects, with the purpose of implementing strategies that lead to an offer of professional development teacher that sustains and strengthens the self-management of teaching, nursing discipline and educational intervention in the student body.
