Protein profiling gives information about physiological condition of cells at a particular time. HIV+ state of the blood cells have different protein profiling from the normal blood cells. The difference in protein profiling also help in identifying drug target proteins. Protein was extracted from blood samples using Phosphate Buffered Saline and centrifuged at 10000 rpm for 10 minutes at 4°C. SDS-PAGE and Native PAGE was carried out.
