Abstract :

Five and six member ring azaheterocycles are â�?�?privileged structuresâ�? in drug design, material science, agriculture, etc., the azaheterocycle scaffold being a core skeleton for multiple purposes. Within this work we present some core results obtained by our group in the field of new polifunctional azaheterocycles derivatives (nitrogen podants and compounds containing Ï�?â�?�?reach and/or Ï�?â�?�?deficient heterocycles) as smart versatile building blocks for multiple tasks: biologically active molecule (anticancer, antimycobacterial), chemosensors, logic gates and so on.
